Planning your website

For this module, you need to create a website. Think about what you want your website to look like. Use the following questions to guide you:
  • What is the purpose of your website? (For example, it could be a website just about this module, or it might be a personal website and part of it is about what you are doing on this module.)
  • What are you going to call it?
  • What message do you want to convey?
  • What pages will it have?
Read up about what is trending in terms of websites right now and look for guidelines in designing your site.

Create a drawing (using google drive or other application). You can also include some text to explain what you aim to achieve for your website. These documents are the 'plans' of your website in response to Q2.2 in your assignment.

Remember a plan is just a guideline for what you are going to 'build', so once you start creating your website, it can change and adapt. The plan helps keep you focused.

Once you've made up your mind about the article, I'd be interested to hear your comments.

Which one is fake?

Here are links to two websites. One is fake. Evaluate each one, decide which one you think is fake and which is real and then answer the poll on the left. Once the poll closes, I will update this post and reveal the answer.
