Digital Security: Fingerprint readers
In our day to day lives we have measures in place to keep safe - security measures like locks on doors and security gates. Likewise, in the digital space, there is the need to put security measures in place. One such example is by having a fingerprint reader on your computer. You start off by 'teaching' the reader your fingerprint and then after that, whenever you log in, you use your fingerprint and the computer recognises it.
